I absolutely loved getting to draw this Family Portrait recently!

This client reached out to me to chat about ordering a Family Portrait of all the dogs for her husband. We chatted a couple times and she sent me a ton of photos of the girls 😍

Once we decided which layout and reference photos best suited her girls’ individual personalities, I got to work. Drawing 3 dogs in one portrait is a lot more complicated than just a single dog portrait, but when I finally finished I sat back in my chair, took it all in at once and smiled. I mean, just look at all their faces!!

And I heard back that her husband loves it 🤍

Is real life application of inches kind of a vague concept to you?  No worries!  Here’s a comparison between my most popular pet portrait sizes!  5x7, 8x10, and 11x14 are the sizes people order from me most often!

8x10 is my most popular size and I think that’s because it’s the most versatile- it could go either in a tabletop frame or a wall frame.  The smaller 5x7 fits best in a simple tabletop frame, and the 11x14 is made for your wall!

Hey everyone! I'm excited to announce that Treebok Pets is now Pet Portraits by Reebok! I’m excited about this change because I think it better describes what I do!

Along with the name change, my social media pages are changing too. On Instagram I’m now @petportraitsbyreebok ( www.instagram.com/petportraitsbyreebok ) and on Facebook I have a new page, Pet Portraits by Reebok ( www.facebook.com/PetPortraitsbyReebok )! If you'd like to follow along with my Pet Portrait journey on Instagram and were already a follower you don’t need to do anything- it’s the same account, just a name change. If you’d like to follow me on Facebook, you need to follow the link above to “like” my new page! And please share with your family and friends who love pets!

Normally it would be easiest just to change the Facebook page name rather than create a new page. But, as you may have noticed, I've been making a lot of changes, and I accidentally deleted myself as an Admin to the old Treebok Pets Facebook page 🤦‍♀️ I've reached out to tech support repeatedly but have not received any response. So, I figured it was best to do everything at once! New name, new page!

How to place an order for your custom pet portrait.

The first step is to pick your reference photo(s). If you'd like to get my feedback about the photos you're considering for a portrait before you place an order that's totally fine, feel free to send them to me. I love to have one main photo and a couple extras for reference.

I work in standard sizes that are easy to frame. They start at 4x6 inches for a standard bust portrait. If you’d like to do a full body portrait, the minimum size for those is 8x10.

When you're ready to place an order, I take those through my website. You just pick what you want from the drop down menus then fill out the form. I’ll put the direct link below for you!

Shipping to anywhere in the US is free and I send them to you safely wrapped between 2 pieces of sturdy cardboard.

I am here for you throughout the process. I’m available thru email, text message, Insta, or by phone. Usually I answer same day, if not then by the next business day.

Merry Christmas everyone! I wish you a warm season filled with joy and light!

Posterdog Finn also wants to wish you a Merry Christmas! If you have trouble taking great photos of your pet because they don’t like a camera/smartphone, I feel your pain! Every time I pull out my phone to take a photo because he looks super cute, he starts looking super dubious. Ha! So if you want to order a pet portrait but still haven’t gotten the perfect photo, hang in there!

Losing a pet is always a difficult time, and I always feel so honored to draw memorial pet portraits. I’ve noticed two types of people when it comes to pet loss: those who order a portrait early so they can have it before the pet passes, and those who order a portrait a while after the initial shock has passed and wish to have a lasting memorial of their furry best friend.

I got to draw this portrait of Bailey before she passed, and it was a sweet thing for her Mom to have when she passed away. I got to talk to the client again recently and here’s what she had to say: “I’m so glad I had you do my Mom’s Boston last Christmas because she passed earlier this year, but your beautiful picture shines in their house!”

Portraits are such a sweet way to memorialize a pet because there’s something really special about a piece that was lovingly hand drawn. I take special care with my pet loss clients to make sure you have a truly special memorial to keep.
